Liverpool reported record revenue of £703 million ($947.57 million) for the 2024–25 financial year, coinciding with their 20th English Premier League title, the club confirmed on Friday.

Topping Deloitte’s list as the highest-earning Premier League club, Liverpool posted a profit after tax of £8 million ($10.78 million), buoyed by strong growth across media, matchday, and commercial income, though staffing and administrative expenses also rose notably.

Media revenue climbed £60 million to reach £264 million, while matchday revenue increased by £14 million and commercial income rose by £15 million.

On the expenditure side, administrative costs surged £57 million, and staffing costs were up £42 million.

“Several other categories of costs have also seen double-digit growth in recent years, impacting the marginal return from core operations such as matchday,” Liverpool noted in an official statement.
