With reference to clause number 17 of the FMA statute, the General Secretary of the FMA is hereby notifying all member clubs of the Association, that the Annual General Meeting of the Futsal Malta Association will be held on Wednesday, 17th June 2026.

Please find below the agenda for this Annual General meeting.

– Verification of the composition of the Meeting and of the Club’s First Delegates entitled to vote;

– The approval of the Minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting and the Minutes of any intervening Extraordinary General Meetings;

– The approval of the Report of Activities of the Association (Administrative Report) for the past year;

– The approval of the audited Accounts and Balance Sheet of the Association (Financial Report) for the past year;

– The election of the Officers of the Association mentioned in rule 33 (iii) (a) of the FMA Statute;

– The election of the External Auditor of the Association for the coming year;

– The consideration of any additions or alterations to the Statute of the Association that may have been submitted; and

– The discussion of any motions that may have been submitted.

With reference to item 5 of the agenda, since this is the end of the 3 year term of the current executive committee of the Association, member clubs are required to elect the new officers to serve as the executive committee of the Association, that will run the Association for the next three (3) years. Nominations for the posts mentioned in points 5 (a) to 5 (d) above are open till Friday 29th May 2026.
