Tottenham Offers Support to Destiny Udogie Following Alleged Gun Threat in London

Tottenham Hotspur have confirmed they are providing support to 22-year-old Italian international defender Destiny Udogie and his family following an alleged gun threat in London.
Police arrested a 31-year-old man in connection with the incident in September. He has since been released on bail while investigations continue.
A Tottenham spokesperson said on Tuesday:
“We have been providing support for Destiny and his family since the incident and will continue to do so. Given this is a legal matter, we cannot comment any further.”
The incident occurred on the evening of September 6 in a north London suburb known to be home to several Tottenham and Arsenal players. Officers were called after reports that a man in his 20s had been threatened with a firearm.
A police spokesperson added:
“Officers spoke to the victim, and during the course of their investigation it was also reported that another man in his 20s had allegedly been blackmailed and threatened by the same individual. No injuries were reported in either incident.”
The suspect, a 31-year-old man, was arrested on September 8 on suspicion of possession of firearms with intent, blackmail, and driving without a licence.
