Raheem Sterling seeks permanent Chelsea exit after being frozen out of first-team plans

Raheem Sterling is focused on securing a permanent exit from Chelsea as the transfer deadline draws closer, with the former England international keen to restart his career after being sidelined at Stamford Bridge this season.
The 29-year-old has 18 months remaining on his contract and currently earns around £300,000 per week, but his representatives are working closely with the club to find a solution that benefits all parties. Sterling is prepared to accept a significant pay cut in order to facilitate a move and revive his form in the latter stages of his career.
While his preference is to remain in London, he is keeping his options open and would consider a move abroad if the right sporting and family conditions are in place.
Sterling has been training away from Chelsea’s first-team setup and is not interested in another loan spell, instead pushing for a permanent transfer.
Crystal Palace, Fulham and West Ham United have been mentioned as possible destinations, though none of those options have yet progressed into concrete negotiations.
Meanwhile, defender Axel Disasi is also expected to leave Chelsea before the window closes. Several clubs from abroad have shown interest, while West Ham have been informed of the financial terms required for a potential deal.
