Cade Cunningham scored 24 points and grabbed 11 rebounds to lead the Detroit Pistons to a 122–117 win at Indiana on Monday, tying the franchise record with their 13th consecutive victory.

Detroit, the Eastern Conference leaders, improved to 15–2, matching their longest winning streaks from the 2003–04 and 1989–90 seasons—both years in which the Pistons went on to win the NBA Finals.

“It’s amazing,” Cunningham said. “We play for the Detroit Pistons, a historic franchise. To be able to make history for a historic franchise like this is special.” He also contributed six assists, though his streak of six straight 25-point, 10-assist games came to an end.

Caris LeVert added 19 points off the bench, while Jalen Duren posted a double-double with 17 points and 12 rebounds. Indiana’s Bennedict Mathurin missed a potential tying three-pointer with 11 seconds remaining, and LeVert sealed the win with two free throws.

Elsewhere in the Eastern Conference, the Toronto Raptors extended their win streak to eight games with a 110–99 victory over Cleveland. Brandon Ingram led the way with a season-high 37 points, while Scottie Barnes contributed 18 points and 11 rebounds. Toronto’s eight-game streak is the longest since the 2019–20 season, lifting their record to 13–5, second in the East. Cleveland fell to 12–7, ending a three-game winning run.

“Brandon did a great job,” Raptors coach Darko Rajakovic said. “He was hot, and we found him in the right spots. He also helped defensively with rebounds and deflections. He’s going both ways and really helping us win.”

In New York, Karl-Anthony Towns poured in 37 points and grabbed 12 rebounds, while Jalen Brunson added 27 points as the Knicks defeated the Brooklyn Nets 113–100. Brooklyn’s Noah Clowney led the Nets with 31 points.

Miami edged Dallas 106–102 behind Tyler Herro’s 24 points and Kel’el Ware’s 20 points and 18 rebounds, extending the Heat’s win streak to five and improving to 12–6.

Nikola Jokic recorded a triple-double—17 points, 16 assists, 10 rebounds—to guide the Denver Nuggets past Memphis 125–115. Jamal Murray scored 29 points and Peyton Watson added 27 as Denver captured its 10th win in 12 games, improving to 13–4. Jokic currently leads the NBA in assists and rebounds and ranks sixth in scoring.

In other notable results, Portland, led by Jerami Grant’s 35 points, defeated Milwaukee 115–103, while Zion Williamson scored 29 points to help New Orleans overcome Chicago 143–130, with eight Pelicans scoring in double figures.

The Houston Rockets, without Kevin Durant for personal reasons, beat Phoenix 114–92. Amen Thompson led Houston with 28 points, seven rebounds, and eight assists, ending Phoenix’s three-game winning streak and lifting the Rockets to 11–4.
