Bologna moved into the Serie A top six despite being held to a 0–0 draw by Torino at the Stadio Renato Dall’Ara, extending their unbeaten run to five league matches.

In a tightly contested affair, chances were few and far between as both sides struggled to find a breakthrough. Bologna controlled much of the early possession, with Riccardo Orsolini and Joshua Zirkzee posing the main attacking threats, but Torino’s back line stood firm under pressure.

The visitors gradually grew into the game, and Antonio Sanabria came close to breaking the deadlock midway through the first half, only to see his effort pushed away smartly by Łukasz Skorupski.

After the interval, Thiago Motta’s men continued to press for an opener, but Torino’s disciplined defence limited them to efforts from distance. Lewis Ferguson tested Vanja Milinković-Savić with a powerful strike from outside the area, while Giovanni Fabbian saw his close-range header drift narrowly wide.

Both managers turned to their benches in search of a winner, yet neither side could produce the decisive moment. The result means Bologna have now drawn three of their last four league games but still climb into the top six on goal difference, maintaining their strong start to the campaign.

For Torino, the stalemate represents a valuable away point, although they remain in the bottom half and continue to search for consistency after a mixed run of form.
