Birkirkara FC has officially announced changes to its technical staff following the 1–0 defeat against Marsaxlokk.

The Club confirmed that, with immediate effect, it has mutually and amicably terminated its relationship with Head Coach Gianluca Festa and Assistant Coach Alessandro Caridi. The decision was reached in agreement between all parties, maintaining a respectful and professional conclusion to their tenure.

Birkirkara FC has also announced the return of Coach Paul Zammit, who will take over the team’s leadership with immediate effect. Zammit will be assisted by Darren Farrugia, reuniting a coaching partnership that has previously enjoyed success with the Club.

The Club reiterated its full commitment to its sporting objectives and emphasized its determination to continue working hard in pursuit of its targets for the current season.

Birkirkara FC thanked Festa and Caridi for their contributions and wished them the best in their future endeavors, while expressing confidence in the renewed leadership as the team looks ahead to the challenges ahead.
