A first-half goal by Oluwatobiloba Dimeji Awosanya proved decisive, with the forward finding the net on 16 minutes to hand his side all three points. Balzan then held firm for the remainder of the match, producing a disciplined display to protect their slender lead.

The win sees Andrew Cohen’s side move two points clear at the top of the standings with just two matchdays remaining, placing them in a strong position as the title race enters its final stretch.
