Antoine Griezmann signs for Orlando City in MLS, to complete season at Atlético Madrid
Orlando City have officially announced the signing of superstar Antoine Griezmann, confirming a deal that had been widely expected since February.
The French forward will remain with Atletico Madrid for the rest of the current season before completing his move to the United States.
Griezmann has signed a two-year contract with Orlando City, with the option to extend for a further season through 2028/29.
The transfer marks a major addition for the MLS side as they secure one of Europe’s most experienced attacking stars ahead of his switch.
This season at Atletico Madrid, he remains in contention to win both the Copa del Rey and the UEFA Champions League.
