The newly launched competition — introduced as part of the Malta FA’s 125th anniversary celebrations — promises thrilling encounters as clubs from the YoHealth Malta Premier League and beyond battle for early bragging rights and progression in the historic cup.

Top tier fixtures

The action begins on Wednesday, 5th November, with a double-header at the Centenary Stadium.

• Marsaxlokk vs Hibernians kicks off proceedings at 18:00, with both sides looking to make a strong start in what is expected to be a competitive tie.
• Later that evening, Birkirkara face Sliema Wanderers at 20:30, a matchup that pits two of Malta’s most successful clubs against each other.

Over at the Victor Tedesco Stadium, Żebbuġ Rangers will take on Attard, also at 20:30, in what promises to be a spirited contest between two sides eager to make their mark.

The action continues on Thursday, 6th November, with another trio of fixtures:
