Johan Attard and Stephen Mangion set for Blackball Champion of Malta Final
The stage is set for a thrilling showdown as Johan Attard and Stephen Mangion face off tonight in the Champion of Malta final, organised by the Malta Blackball Federation.
Defending champion Johan Attard booked his place in the final after overcoming Gary Carr 9–6 in a hard-fought semi-final, while Stephen Mangion earned his spot with an impressive 9–5 win against Glenn Axiaq.
Both encounters were closely contested, showcasing the high level of skill and composure from all four semi-finalists. In the end, Attard’s determination and Mangion’s consistency proved decisive.
Attard will now look to retain the prestigious title he captured last year, while Mangion aims to add his name to the list of Malta’s top blackball champions.
The final will take place tonight at 8:30 p.m. at the MBF Arena in Birkirkara.
