Dominant Birkirkara Shine in David Cluett Memorial Cup

Birkirkara St Helen’s produced the most emphatic performance of the day in the David Cluett Memorial Cup, crushing Gżira United Veterans with a stunning 7–0 victory.
South American striker Federico Tejada Marine stole the show with four goals, while Jean Pierre Mifsud Triganza and Gilbert Camilleri added to the tally, capping off a dominant display from the Karkariżi.

MFPA edge past Żurrieq Wolves in goal fest
In a thrilling, high-scoring encounter, the Malta Football Players Association (MFPA) claimed a 7–5 win over Żurrieq Wolves.
Mark Barbara and Stephen Wellman both notched impressive hat-tricks, with Julian Galea also on target for MFPA.
Żurrieq responded through Giuseppe Muscat and Alexander Muscat, who each scored twice, and Kevin Vella added another.

Luxol St Andrew’s strike on the counter
Luxol St Andrew’s narrowly defeated Hibernians 2–1 in a tight contest. Hibernians dominated early proceedings but failed to capitalise on their chances.
Luxol punished them with two quick counterattack goals, one from Tyron Borg and another through an own goal by Clayton Micallef.
A Jason Gauci own goal gave Hibernians their only breakthrough.

Floriana leave it late against Rabat Ajax
Floriana Veterans were made to work hard for their 3–1 victory over Rabat Ajax.
Ryan Darmanin opened the scoring for the Greens, but Adam Smeir equalised to set up a tense finish. Late goals from Sunday Eboh and Manolito Micallef eventually sealed the three points for Floriana.
