Captain’s Team triumph at Royal Malta Golf Club Event
The “Captain vs Vice-Captain” event was successfully held at the Royal Malta Golf Club over the weekend, where alongside the competitive aspect, a strong atmosphere of friendship and camaraderie was present among the participating golfers.
The event took place ahead of an upcoming change in club captaincy, with Irwin Gratil set to conclude his term and Tim Cleasby expected to be appointed as his successor in the coming days.
In the competition itself, The Captain’s Team emerged victorious, with Anders Bergman and Andy Featherstone finishing in first place, while Noah Gratil and Aleks Vagimov secured second place.
At the end of the event, the main sponsors LJ Projects Ltd and FGS presented the prizes to the winners in the presence of Irwin Gratil.
Competitions at the Royal Malta Golf Club will continue next weekend with “The Scratch Challenge.”
