Chelsea made history as three teenagers — Marc Guiu, Estêvão, and Tyrique George — all scored in the same UEFA Champions League game for the first time, powering the Blues to a dominant 5-1 victory over a ten-man Ajax at Stamford Bridge.

Ajax, already under pressure after losing their opening two group-stage matches, were dealt an early blow when Kenneth Taylor received a red card for a reckless challenge on Facundo Buonanotte. Chelsea wasted no time taking advantage, with a deep cross from Wesley Fofana finding Guiu, who calmly converted his first Champions League goal.

Moisés Caicedo then added a second, his long-range strike taking a deflection to wrong-foot veteran goalkeeper Remko Pasveer, further asserting Chelsea’s control. Ajax had a brief reprieve when Wout Weghorst scored from the penalty spot after Tosin Adarabioyo fouled Raúl Moro, but the Dutch striker soon gave Chelsea another penalty by clumsily sliding into Enzo Fernández. Fernández converted, restoring the two-goal cushion, before Estêvão fired home his first UCL goal in first-half stoppage time after drawing a foul from Youri Baas.

With the result effectively secured, Chelsea coach Enzo Maresca made triple substitutions at halftime, bringing on Trevoh Chalobah, Andrey Santos, and Tyrique George. George needed just three minutes to make an impact, slotting a first-time finish past Pasveer to further extend the lead.

The night also saw Reggie Walsh make history as Chelsea’s youngest-ever player in the Champions League.

Chelsea controlled the remainder of the game with ease, securing a statement win that lifts them to 11th in the group, while Ajax remain at the bottom without a point.
