The Tigers signaled their intentions early, with Mathias Said breaking the deadlock in the 6th minute. A frantic end to the first half saw Xewkija extend their lead to 3–0 through Marcelo Junior Barbosa (39’) and a second from Said (40’), before John Kofi Mensah pulled one back for Nadur just before the whistle.
The second half turned into a tactical shootout. Joseph Mario Vella restored the three-goal cushion for Xewkija in the 61st minute, but Nadur refused to go quietly. Diego Fernando Rodriguez Angulo netted twice in quick succession (78’ and 82’) to keep the Youngsters in the hunt. However, late strikes from Brian Alejandro Parada and a second from Barbosa finally ended Nadur’s resistance and secured the three points for the Tigers.
