Valletta Lions reach semi-finals in Modena Table Football Tournament

Over the past weekend, Valletta Lions TFC represented Malta with distinction at the Modena Satellite Table Football Tournament in Italy.

The individual competitions were held on Saturday, where Adrian Bonnici advanced to the quarter-finals of the Open category, delivering a strong performance against international opposition. Frank Chetcuti Dimech reached the barrage stage, while Steve Austin, Natalino Tanti, and Joe Zammit Zammit Pavia were eliminated during the group phase.

On Sunday, attention turned to the team event, where the Valletta Lions continued their impressive run, finishing second in their group without suffering a defeat. Their journey ended in the semi-finals, where they were narrowly beaten by Ferrara after a competitive encounter.
