SK Victoria Wanderers and Kercem Ajax Reach GFA First Division Knock-Out Final

The finalists for the GFA First Division Knock-Out have been confirmed following two contrasting semi-finals played on Sunday, 23 November 2025, at the Kercem Stadium.
SK Victoria Wanderers advanced after a dramatic penalty shoot-out win over Qala Saints, while Kercem Ajax swept past Xewkija Tigers with an emphatic 6–1 victory.

The first semi-final offered a tense and balanced contest, eventually settled from the penalty spot.
SK Victoria Wanderers drew first blood in the 16th minute when Sam Harland fired home to give his side the early advantage. However, Qala Saints struck back just before the interval, with Ibrahim Mohammed finishing in stoppage time (45+2′) to level the match at 1–1.
With no further goals in extra time, the tie was decided on penalties, where Victoria proved more clinical.

Xewkija Tigers FC 1–6 Kercem Ajax FC

The second semi-final was entirely one-sided as Kercem Ajax produced a dominant performance to storm into the final.
Andrea Debrincat opened the scoring for Ajax in the 19th minute, followed seven minutes later by Isaias Moura Vera Cruz De Souza, who doubled their lead.
In the second half, Mateus Fernandes De Souza Lima made it 3–0 on 67 minutes before Claudio Daniel Frances pulled one back for Xewkija four minutes later.
Kercem Ajax responded strongly, adding three more goals in the closing stages:
- Isaias De Souza struck again in the 85th minute
- Mateus De Souza Lima netted his second deep into stoppage time (90+2’)
- Mario Henrique Fernandes Cardoso capped the performance with Ajax’s sixth goal at 90+5’
Ajax could have scored even more, but Nen’s penalty was saved in the 88th minute.
