The four teams have secured qualification to the semi-finals of the BOV MAFA 70th Anniversary Cup after winning their respective quarter-final matches.

The most dramatic encounter unfolded at the Ħal Qormi Ground, where Għaxaq Wolves came from behind to defeat San Ġwann Pro Evolution Academy 3–2. Għaxaq were trailing 2–0 but produced an outstanding second-half performance to overturn the score and book their place in the semi-finals.

Abdou Autamane and Raphael Dos Santos scored the two goals for San Ġwann, before Diego Fernando Pereira reduced the deficit shortly before half-time. In the second half, Cervantes Geonaga and Diego Ovallos Galvis completed the comeback for the Wolves.
The referee was Sillah Alhasana.

In contrast, Marsa St Michael had no difficulty overcoming St Paul’s Bay NMFC with a convincing 5–1 victory. Marsa led 2–0 by the end of the first half and extended their advantage during the second 35 minutes.

Joao Marcello Junior Coutinho and Yuto Kata were the standout performers for Marsa, each scoring a brace, while an own goal by Prabin Shredtha added to the tally. Paras Karki scored the lone goal for St Paul’s Bay.
The referee was Alper Can.

Two first-half goals were enough for Senglea Gunners to defeat Birżebbuġa St Peter’s and also secure their place among the final four of this special competition. Christopher Philip Balotelli opened the score in the 12th minute, and Olaawale Olajide Ola doubled the lead in the 35th, sealing a 2–0 win for the Gunners.
The referee was Gjergji Bitri.

Balluta Barracudas had to rely on a penalty shoot-out to overcome San Ġiljan Saints 5–3. The match ended 1–1 after 70 minutes, with Nathan Robb scoring for the Saints and Anton Gustav Berglund equalising for the Barracudas.

In the penalty shoot-out, the standout player was Balluta goalkeeper Mike Micallef, who saved two penalties to guide his team into the semi-finals.
