PSG bus allegedly attacked with stones in Bilbao post-Champions League game

A source close to Paris Saint-Germain told AFP on Thursday that the team’s bus was struck with stones outside their hotel in Bilbao overnight following their Champions League match against Athletic.
According to the source, the bus was parked and empty when the incident occurred. Media outlets reported that the coach sustained two visible cracks and that authorities arrested two individuals in connection with the damage.
Despite the incident, PSG’s players and staff were able to travel safely to the airport on Thursday morning for their return flight to Paris.
The club is now weighing the possibility of filing a formal complaint, the source added.
On Wednesday evening, the reigning European champions were held to a 0-0 draw by Bilbao—a result that leaves PSG third in the 36-team qualifying league, while Bilbao sit in 28th place.
