Ħamrun 147 A and Qormi Pinto A secured an early advantage in the first leg of the National Easter Trophy. Ħamrun defeated Mrieħel Billiard House A 12-8, while Qormi registered the same scoreline against Cospicua Rangers A.

The second leg will be played later this week, when it will be determined which teams progress to the next stage of the knockout competition.

In the Regional Easter Trophy, Qormi Pinto B recorded an impressive 21-7 victory over Selmun Sports Club A, while Ħamrun 147 B overcame PL Balzan A 21-12. San Ġwann Tiki Taka Spartans also advanced after winning the derby clash 21-14 against San Ġwann Tiki Taka Boys.

Later this week, Spartans will face Qormi Pinto B, while Żebbuġ St Joseph A will take on Ħamrun 147 B over two legs.

Meanwhile, in the Community Easter Trophy, PL Floriana and San Ġwann Tiki Taka Buddies both registered identical 21-10 wins against Siġġiewi Montekristo C and Selmun Sports Club C respectively to advance. Ħamrun 147 D also progressed after defeating Birżebbuġa St Peter’s A 21-11, while Birkirkara Boċċi recorded a 21-0 victory over Birkirkara Juve.

In the upcoming fixtures, Ħamrun 147 D will face San Ġwann Tiki Taka Buddies, while Birkirkara Boċċi will take on PL Floriana.
