Futsal regular season concludes as Playoff Matchups are set
The men’s futsal league regular season has wrapped up following two final fixtures and a high-stakes decider to lock in the top four standings.
Regular Season Finale
University of Malta Futsal secured second place in style, overwhelming Żejtun with a massive 23-1 victory. Meanwhile, Luxol St Andrews Futsal maintained their form by defeating GŻR Birżebbuġa St. Peter’s Futsal 6-1.
The Battle for Third
Because of their loss to Luxol, Birżebbuġa dropped into a crucial tie-breaker against Marsaskala Futsal Legends to determine third and fourth place. Marsaskala showed incredible grit in the decider; after trailing 3-1 at the half, they surged back to win 7-5, claiming the third seed.

All matches will be held at the National Sports School. The pairings and kick-off times are as follows:
- Semi-Final 1: University of Malta vs. Marsaskala Legends
- 1st Leg: Friday, 24 April @ 18:30
- 2nd Leg: Friday, 1 May @ 19:15
- Semi-Final 2: Luxol St Andrews vs. GŻR Birżebbuġa
- 1st Leg: Friday, 24 April @ 20:45
- 2nd Leg: Friday, 1 May @ 17:00
