Attard 1–0 Qormi (Top of the Table Clash)
In the weekend’s most anticipated fixture at the Centenary Stadium, league leaders Attard extended their lead at the summit to seven points. A solitary goal from Precious Uchechukwu Nwankwo in the 49th minute was enough to decide the contest, handing Attard a vital win over their nearest rivals.
Luqa St. Andrew’s 1–2 Żejtun Corinthians
In a tense relegation battle, Żejtun Corinthians secured three precious points against Luqa St. Andrew’s. Luqa took the lead in the 29th minute when Bledi Alla intercepted a short back-pass to lob the keeper. However, the Corinthians equalised early in the second half through a powerful Stefi Cale penalty (49′). As both teams pushed for a winner, it was veteran Adrian Carabott who proved decisive, stabbing home from close range in the 87th minute to secure the comeback victory.
San Ġwann 0–3 Victoria Hotspurs
Victoria Hotspurs kept their automatic promotion hopes alive with a clinical performance against a struggling San Ġwann side. The Gozitans took the lead through a Ferdinando Apap header (20′) and quickly doubled it via Rondinely Montero (26′). Christian Mercieca put the game out of reach before half-time with a tidy finish (41′). The second half was a formal affair, with Victoria comfortably controlling the tempo until the final whistle.
Xgħajra Tornados 0–3 Mqabba
