Last weekend, the Federation of Boċċi Clubs held its annual presentation night to mark the end of the 2025 season. During the event, trophies were presented to the winners of the various categories that took part in competitions organised between March and November.

The most prestigious trophy, the Angel Cup, was won by Buġibba, with St Peter’s Żabbar finishing as the finalists.

Għaxaq won the First Division league title, while Santa Venera and Qormi San Ġorġ claimed the Second and Third Division titles respectively.

In the singles competition, it was Roderick Abela who took home the cup, with Joseph Tabone finishing in second place.

In the pairs competition, Żebbuġ secured first place, with Għaxaq finishing as runners-up.

Żebbuġ also shone in the Charity Cup, defeating Għaxaq, who settled for second place. On the other hand, Santa Venera won the Charity Cup for the Second and Third Divisions, with Isla finishing as the finalists.

The Super Cup was won by St Peter’s Żabbar, with Għaxaq ending as the runners-up.

In the reserves league, Żejtun won the First Division, Birżebbuġa triumphed in the Second Division, and Qormi San Ġorġ secured the Third Division title.

In the Under-18 youth championships, Għaxaq finished in first place, followed by Żebbuġ in second.

The trophies and medals were presented to the winners by the president of the Federation of Bocci Clubs, Clinton John Saliba.
