Galatasaray eye shock move for AC Milan’s Rafael Leão

AC Milan could be set to part ways with Rafael Leão this summer, with Galatasaray reportedly preparing a move for the Portuguese winger.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Leão is currently valued at around £43 million, a figure that has attracted interest from several clubs considering a potential deal.
The winger was previously valued closer to £100 million a couple of years ago, but his recent dip in form, combined with a contract running until June 2028, has changed his market situation and opened the door for a possible transfer.
Still just 26, Leão is viewed as a player with his peak years ahead of him. His explosive pace and physical power are expected to be key assets for Portugal at this year’s World Cup.
Before then, however, further developments could emerge regarding the explosive winger, with La Gazzetta dello Sport journalist Luca Bianchin reporting that Galatasaray are prepared to offer him a contract worth €10 million per season plus bonuses.
The Turkish side have made an early move to secure his signature, but the race remains open, with several top European and Premier League clubs also monitoring the situation closely. With strong competition expected, the battle for his services is far from settled.
