Malta FA celebrates new graduates of team manager duties programme

The Malta Football Association proudly honoured the latest graduates of its Award in Team Manager Duties programme during a ceremony held earlier this month at Centenary Hall.
The event, which took place on 16 April 2026, marked the successful completion of the programme’s third cohort. With this latest group, the total number of qualified individuals who have achieved the MQF Level 3 Award in Football Team Management has now reached 47.
Delivered in partnership with Learning Works, the programme equips participants with essential knowledge and practical skills in leadership and management, specifically tailored to the football environment. In addition to covering the operational aspects of the role, the course places strong emphasis on cultural awareness—preparing team managers to navigate the diverse and evolving landscape of modern football.
The continued success of the programme reflects the growing importance of ongoing education and professional development within the Malta FA. By investing in the people behind the teams, the association is reinforcing its commitment to raising standards across all levels of the game.
The Malta FA expressed pride in the graduates’ dedication and achievement, recognising their efforts to enhance professionalism and contribute positively to the future of football in Malta.
