Eight-Goal Thriller Between Kirkop and Attard

In the day’s most dramatic match, Kirkop United and Attard battled to a thrilling 4-4 draw. Kirkop took an early lead through a Cedric Macalou penalty in the 8th minute. Attard quickly responded with goals from Tejumola Ebenezer Ayorinde and a Nicholas Schembri penalty to go up 2-1.

Dale Tabone leveled for Kirkop and then put them ahead 3-2 after the break. Giorgio Bellia extended Kirkop’s lead to 4-2, but Attard’s Nicholas Schembri proved clutch, scoring twice in the final 20 minutes to secure a vital point for the league leaders.

Qormi Move Within a Point of Top Spot

Qormi capitalized on Attard’s draw with a solid 3-1 win over Zejtun Corinthians at the Sirens Stadium. Second-half goals from Innocent John Awori and Dion Fava put Qormi in control. Despite a late consolation goal from Clyde Bouvet, David Emmanuel Garba sealed the 3-1 victory for Qormi in injury time.
