Rizzo and Spiteri charge into Goliath Coatings Snooker First Division Final
The finalists for the Goliath Coatings First Division were decided in convincing fashion on Tuesday, 2 June, following two highly dominant semi-final displays at the Malta Billiards and Snooker Association (MBSA).
Xavier Rizzo was the standout performer of the evening, delivering a masterclass to secure his place in the final. Rizzo left no room for error, storming to a flawless 4-0 victory over Shaun Sultana.
In the second semi-final, Nicky Spiteri put on a commanding performance of his own against David Zammit. Spiteri controlled the table to book his final ticket with a comfortable 4-1 win, completing the championship lineup.
Rizzo and Spiteri will now face off for the prestigious First Division title.
