Brazilian Forward Jonny Robert Leaves Ħamrun Spartans for Serbian Side FK Novi Pazar

Brazilian forward Jonny Robert has officially parted ways with Ħamrun Spartans to continue his football career in Serbia, signing with top-flight club FK Novi Pazar.
Jonny rejoined the Spartans last summer. After working extensively to regain his peak physical conditioning, he was officially registered to play in the Closing Round of the Malta Premier League.
While the Brazilian netted several crucial goals during his stint, it was not enough to propel Ħamrun into a successful Premier League title defense, with the club ultimately finishing the season in third place.
Following the confirmation of his transfer, Jonny took to social media to express his deep gratitude toward the Ħamrun club, management, and fans.
A Decorated Legacy in Ħamrun
During the recent campaign, the forward made 13 appearances for the Spartans across all competitions, scoring two goals.
This spell marked Jonny’s second stint with the local heavyweights. He remains a highly respected figure among the Ħamrun faithful, having previously played a pivotal role in leading the club to two Premier League championship titles and a Super Cup victory earlier in his career.
The experienced attacker now faces a new challenge in the Serbian SuperLiga with FK Novi Pazar as they prepare for their upcoming domestic campaign.
